To cancel your reserved space in the conference, contact Tammy Moore by email at tboneppd15@hotmail.com or 601-270- 7404. You may cancel until the Friday before the conference. After Friday, your cancellation will need to be emergent in nature to be accepted. When you cancel, we will void your check, shred it, and return the pieces to you via the U.S. Postal Service. If you fail to extend the courtesy of cancelling your reserved space and do not attend the conference, we will deposit your check into the S.T.O.R.M. account during the week of the conference.

We need your registration no later than two (2) weeks before the conference, which is enough time for us to cancel any unused rooms at the Battlefield Inn. HOWEVER,

please send in your registration no matter how close to the conference date!! We will rebook rooms as needed.
