S.T.O.R.M. rooms are reserved for TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY nights ONLY, and will be assigned to you by S.T.O.R.M. STAFF on TUESDAY!

If you decide to make reservations at the Battlefield Inn on your own for any night during the the week of the S.T.O.R.M. Conference, tell the motel staff that you are paying for your own room, because YOU WILL BE! (even if you are planning on staying in one of the S.T.O.R.M. rooms Tuesday and/or Wednesday.)

DO NOT TELL THEM THAT YOU WANT A ROOM OUT OF THE S.T.O.R.M. BLOCK!

This will cause the confusion to be so great that they will not be able to make your reservation. You can avoid the confusion and delay by telling the hotel staff that you want an independent reservation that you will be paying for on your own.
