ANY OTHER NIGHT THAT YOU STAY WILL BE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE!!!!
The deposit of $75.00 may be paid by check or by department purchase order from your department.
DO NOT PUT MEMBERSHIP AND ROOM RESERVATION FEES ON THE SAME CHECK!!
WE WILL NOT CASH THE CHECK UNLESS:
YOU FAIL to attend the conference
AND
FAIL TO CANCEL your reserved space
OR
Your membership dues are on the same check as your Room Reservation Fee.
